The National Youth Council has heavily criticized the organizers of the annual Live in Colour for failing to creating a safe space for the island nation’s youth.
The NYC has called on those who were granted permission to host the event, including the organizer, VERVE to be held accountable for the aftermath.
The Council, PRO Eddison Layne, has raised questions regarding adherence to the necessary cheques and balances that were in place to preserve the lives of young people.
