A 19 year old prison inmate has been charged for the murder of fellow inmate Kelvin Wilson. Wilson, who had a documented history of mental illness, was controversially incarcerated at the Bordelais Correctional Facility for 18 years. His attorney, David Moyston tells MBC Prime a review of the Kelvin Wilson murder investigation has been set for November. He hopes the review leads to accountability from the decision makers involved in Kelvin Wilson’s incarceration reforms in the criminal justice system.
