National Archivist, Margot Thomas says despite receiving an annual subvention, administrative costs are high, thus diminishing the Archive’s ability to optimally fulfill its mandate.
Mrs. Thomas spoke to Senior News Correspondent Miguel Fevrier, who sought and update on the statutory organization’s recent moves towards digitization of records.
