Families of Venezuelans residing in Saint Lucia remain safe despite recent U.S.-led military strikes on Venezuela, according to official reports. The U.S. launched a coordinated air campaign on January 3, 2024, deploying over 150 aircraft to target key military and government installations in Caracas. Saint Lucia’s Venezuelan Ambassador, Her Excellency Leiff Escalona, emphasized that Venezuelans stand united for peace.
