Citing the country’s stagnating vaccination rates, Former Castries Archbishop Robert Rivas, has applauded organizers for hosting of carnival 2022. The cultural event dubbed “Vaxxed Mas” requires participants to be fully vaccinated to create a safety ‘bubble’.
