Youth worker remembered by colleagues

 

The Ministry of Youth and Sports plunged into a state of mourning Thursday, after news of Marcia Dolor’s demise spread throughout the public service. Marcia was known to many as a passionate and determined youth and sports officer who operated out of the south of the island. On Friday, Prime paid their respects by visiting the office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, there, colleagues who became friends, spared no expense in paying tribute to their fallen colleague.

Concerns and frustrations have grown among staff at the Clendon Mason Memorial Secondary School, following news that a form 4 student at the institution has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
The teachers allege that health and education authorities are pussyfooting, therefor placing their health and lives at risk.
