TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN BISEE SHOOTING

On Friday, October 21, 2022 about 11:15pm, Officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department, Castries, received a report of a shooting at Bisee. On receipt of that report they proceeded to Bisee where they met the two male victims who had been shot. The victims were conveyed to the OKEU Hospital where they were attended to.
Investigations commenced into that matter and the Police apprehended two suspects namely; Donnie Charlemagne, 30 years of Hospital Road and Tonio Eleuthere, 32 years of La Toc, Castries. They were subsequently charged for the offence of Using Firearm with Intent to Cause Grievous Harm under section 101(1) (b) of the Criminal Code of St.Lucia 2013. They were taken to the Magistrates Court where they granted bail in the sum of $7000 cash or suitable surety. Signing conditions were also attached to their bail.
