Whose truth is the true one? This is the question on the minds of many a Saint Lucian amid the back-and-forth over the Allen Chastanet Administration’s announcement of plans to establish a border control agency. The point of contention here is whether this new entity will be a parastatal or statutory organization; and whether this will involve job losses and subsequent reapplications. As Miguel Fevrier observes, there appears to be three truths…problem is, only one can be the right one.
