A senior police officer is currently assisting police with investigations into the shooting death of his wife. This was confirmed to the media Tuesday morning by Acting Deputy Police Commissioner Dorian O’Brian. Residents of the Chef Harry Drive area of Morne Fortune were alerted to the sound of multiple gunshots at about 11:00pm Monday. The Deputy Police Commissioner has assured the public of a full scaled and transparent investigation.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is seeking the assistance of the general public in identifying a young female whose body was discovered today, January 23, 2021, at Pigeon Island, Gros Islet. Anyone who has a family member, loved one, or person known to them, who has been missing for about one week, and has failed to make a report to the police, is asked to contact the Gros Islet Police Station at 456-3830, or the Police Emergency Line.
