The Department of Home Affairs and National Security along with the National Task Force for the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 finalized Standard Operating Procedures. These SOPs will serve as the framework for the strengthening of cooperation and harmonization of the roles and functions of key stakeholders- law enforcement, public sector agencies and civil society Implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the important exercise, was made possible through the US State Department, and was followed by a training workshop at the Pastoral Centre. Senior Correspondent Miguel Fevrier has more.
