SALCC FACULTY: 2018/2019 SCHOOL YEAR WILL START AS NORMAL, DESPITE ISSUES

And SALCC’s Lecturers are assuring parents, current, and prospective students that the school will open its doors for the 2018/2019 academic year. As MBC Prime has been following, the resignation of the SALCC’s Board last week has once again brought to the fore the myriad issues facing the institution. On Wednesday, Senior Correspondent on Politics and Investigative Affairs Miguel Fevrier, revealed email correspondence and missive,s which staff described as attempts to block the convening of a meeting between the faculty and bargaining body the Saint Lucia Teachers Union. However, the meeting went on, albeit at a different location, as initially proposed and MBC Prime was there, to bring you this exclusive report and footage of the meeting.
