Questions on the continued delay surrounding completion of construction of the Saint Jude Hospital continue to be raised, 12 years after the fateful fire which created a complete disruption in the availability of care, at the original site of the health care facility. While numerous reasons have been presented over time, as to the reason for the delay, comparisons to completion of similar facilities within the region have been termed impractical by one representative of Fresh start Constriction.
