The Police Welfare Association has thrown a challenge to the island’s Police Commissioner to ensure that police officers to work an eight hour shift system. President of the Police Welfare Association Travis Chicot has called for standardization in the running of shifts in the ranks of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force. Chicot says that Police Officers have been working on a 96 hour shift system. Senior News Correspondent Cecile Actille reports.
