Security Minister says IMPACS is “deep”… HOW DEEP IS IT?

National Security Minister Hermangild Francis says Saint Lucians are unaware of how deep is the IMPACS Report.
As of next week Hermangild Francis will be meeting with the local media to clear the air on the IMPACS Report.
The IMPACS report is currently being investigated by the police.
Hermangild Francis made the pronouncements before Senate Sitting on August 22nd outside Parliament.

Several cases hauled before the courts under the State of Emergency are currently pending, according to Acting Commissioner of Police with responsibility for Crime, George Nicholas. The arrests were conducted during the covid-19 partial lockdown include violations for social distancing and not wearing masks.
