National Security Minister Hermangild Francis has demanded an apology from Veteran Journalist Earl Bousquet stating that he has never endorsed cash for guns amnesty. In article in the voice newspaper dated august 8th, 2019, Hermangild Francis was criticized for initiating the program. Francis has withdrawn himself from the program.
