Pathologist and former Chief Medical Officer Dr. Stephen King explained exposure to COVID-19 increases in a mass crowd setting however, vaccination and previous infection he says reduces the risks of contracting the virus. Dr. King is advising carnival patrons to consider vaccination and take heed of the COVID-19 advisories from the Health Ministry.
