The enforcement of the years old act will now have women presenting a prescription to gain access to birth control pills. The Pharmacy Act of 2007 requires an individual have a prescription in order to purchase contraceptives. Raise your Voice Saint Lucia president Catherine Sealys believes the recent enforcement of the act cause more harm than good.
