POLICE CRACK DOWN ON DELINQUENT BAR OWNERS

Police told reporters Tuesday [November 10] more than 20 bars were found in breach of the existing COVID-19 protocols and were forced to cease operations after repeated warnings. Assembling and consuming alcohol at bars according to the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Act is illegal. The police have issued a final warning to local bar owners to adhere to the protocols or risk criminal charges.SHOW LESS
