Local financial hawks have begun peering through the Prime Minister Philip J Pierre’s inaugural Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure. Chartered accountant Richard Peterkin examined Pierre’s financial plan which he agrees has the potential to resuscitate Saint Lucia’s economy.
