The path to assistance programmes which target Saint Lucia’s most vulnerable have been made significantly brighter, with the support of the islands lone power provider, LUCELEC. Extending a significant donation to the Government of Saint Lucia, the influx of resources is expected to furnish the coffers of the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund, and further efforts to effect change in the lives of those needing assistance.
