The decision to include sign language interpretation in the delivery of the budget address issued by Prime Minister Philip J Pierre has been commended by the National Council of and for Persons with disabilities. The decision has been touted as a step toward inclusion in the communication of matters of national importance, and a possible catalyst for increased use of communication methods which engage all members of society.
