ONE DESTINATION, DIFFERENT ROADS?

Philip J Pierre wants to know: Have the British approved the use of their grant money for the project identified by the government? This comes days after the Government of Saint Lucia led by Prime Minister Allen Chastanet signed a contract for the rehabilitation of the problematic Millennium Highway and West Coast Road. The 115 Million EC Dollar project will be administered by the Caribbean Development Bank and funded by a UK Caribbean infrastructure partnership fund through a technical assistance grant.
