This comes days after the Government of Saint Lucia led by Prime Minister Allen Chastanet signed a contract for the rehabilitation of the problematic Millennium Highway and West Coast Road. The 115 Million EC Dollar project will be administered by the Caribbean Development Bank and funded by a UK Caribbean infrastructure partnership fund through a technical assistance grant.
