Firefighters on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, were summoned to the scene of a fire near a fuel storage tank in the Cul-de-Sac area. Tyres measuring 20 by forty feet were alight causing thick cloud of smoke that could be seen for miles. Senior News Correspondent Cecile Actille was on the scene and filed this report.
