The National Council on Public Transportation (NCOPT) say Mini-bus drivers are being left in the dark regarding COVID-19 protocol decisions. As a result, the NCOPT has requested an urgent meeting with Transport officials and the Command Center following the adjustment in covid-19 protocols as of Thursday, February 17th.
