Mentally challenged man assaults Passer-by in the Capital

Police are on the hunt for a man who is struggling with a mental disorder after he assaulted a senior citizen with a stone.
The man who is yet to be formally identified fled the scene after the victim collapsed in the capital.
Members of the public have called for the mentally challenged individual to be apprehended and admitted to the Wellness Center.
