Timothy Mangal, the former chairman of the National Housing Corporation, is refuting allegations of corrupt practices leveled at him by Housing Minister Richard Frederick. Mangal issued Frederick a veil legal threat to repeat his insinuations of outside of the privileged Parliamentary chamber that affords members protection from civil litigation. In an attempt to disprove the Housing Minister’s claims, Timothy Mangal produced the documents he believes justifies his actions during his stint at the helm of the National Housing Corporation.
