A visiting marijuana expert from Canada, Marc Emery has advised that the legal regime on the herb be established to prevent possible backlash from failure to legalize ganja. Marc Emery stated that Canadians are accustom of travelling to countries with ganja for their personal consumption, which may result in problems for Saint Lucia. Emery made the statements during a news conference at Constitution Park, Tuesday. Senior News Correspondent Cecile Actille was there and filed this report.
