Getting to the secluded beaches beyond Cabot Saint Lucia’s proposed golf course and luxury villas at Cas en Bas will not been an issue for locals according to Physical Development Minister Stephenson King. Cabot executives have also disclosed they will pave new roads to ensure access to the Queen’s Chain remains unimpeded.
