Joe Knows How it Feels! says conditions at VH are just as described

Internationally acclaimed Tour Operator Josiah Castang, proprietor of Joe Knows Tours has been released from hospital after being admitted for a snake bite two weeks ago.
And while showering high praise on the medical staff, Joe knows says the Victoria Hospital is in dire need of some changes for the better.
