The Director of the Bordelaise Prison, Lenard Terrance, says don’t be too dependent on the Prison to assist in the change in behavior among young criminals. Lenard Terrance was responding to concerns regarding the influx of juvenile criminals incarcerated at the facility. According to the Director of the BCF, there are only certain programs to help rehabilitate inmates during their time, however he does not believe the focus should be solely on the prison.
