Saint Lucian CSEC students collectively registered the island’s highest math average in the last three years – 49.54%. Although Saint Lucia outperformed the CSEC region in 2021, one local educator says unless there’s a rethink of how students are taught math parents and teachers can expect more failing grades in the years to come.
