Cannabis possession of 30 grams or less will no longer be a criminal offence. The sale of controlled drugs including cannabis is still illegal. The landmark cannabis reforms however, threaten to upend the black market narcotics trade. One dealer says cannabis prices could be affected – directly impacting what he says is his only means of earning and income.
