Opposition Leader Philip J Pierre says the courts will decide the fate of a 15 million dollar loan contracted to a firm without tender. Philip J Pierre announced the opposition Party is in the process of seeking a declaration from the Court that a contract awarded to Fresh Start Constructed Limited is unlawful. According to Pierre, the contract did not secure the approval of Parliament as Provided by Sections 39 and 41 of the Finance Act. The Opposition Leader has written to the Prime Minister and the UWP has responded to the Opposition in a Press Release. Senior News Correspondent Cecile Actille reports.
