Chairman of the Cannabis Movement , Andre Decaires, stated that following two presentations to government on Monday, the movement is confident that very soon, ganja will be legalized in saint Lucia. But first, there are some steps they need to take before this could be in full effect. Decaires says following presentations by the Movement, the Rastafarian community and Canadian representatives are happy that the government is looking seriously into the legalization of marijuana.
