Cabot Saint Lucia says its multimillion dollar golf course venture at Cas en Bas, Gros Islet will spur the creation of at least 500 jobs once operational. Controversy over beach access and National Trust push back over the site’s archeological value have dogged the Cabot project since its commencement last December.
