The former Public Relations Officer of the UWP’s Castries Central has got himself a new set of wheels. Kevin Jean Baptiste, who lives with a disability, was gifted with a motorized scooter last week, after reports of reproachful behaviour by the current MP went viral.

The Prime Minister’s Monday night address didn’t sit well with the Saint Lucia Labour Party Opposition. Before taking the floor in the Lower House on Tuesday morning, Opposition Leader Philip J Pierre backed up by his Deputy Ernest Hilaire were of the view the Prime Minister’s latest address fell short of responding to the needs of the public.
