Well, in the 5th installment of Fletcher’s B.E.S.T Thoughts – Broadcast, Energy, Sustainable Development and Technology, the former Technology Minister speaks with Miguel Fevrier on the lighter side. In fact, it was a post to Dr. Fletcher’s Facebook page depicting two teenagers, who took all of 4 minutes to dial a phone number using a rotary telephone, which prompted the question – Is technology moving at the speed of light? Dr. Fletcher shares his thoughts on the advancement of technology.

They’re requesting a waiver on monthly rental fees. However, Tourism and Investment Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire says under the current circumstances waivers “cannot work”.
