A local medical practitioner says administering first aid on the scene would have increased the chances of survival of the islands latest homicide victim.

Onlookers stood by, and at least one recorded the moments immediately after 18 year old Desroy President of Vieux Fort received a stab wound to the torso and writhed in pain as he bled profusely.

The recording, which captured the victim’s final moments also revealed no attempt at saving his life, which Urgent Care Clinician Dr. Segun (Say-goon) Tobias says could have been possible with first aid.
