A public plea for support has been made by one UK based father, following what he describes as a stressful journey to ensure the return of his daughter. Khaliyah’s Smith is a 27 year old living in the UK. His daughter is currently on island, in the care of Saint Lucian authorities. 5 year old Khaliyah’s travelled to Saint Lucia with her mother, who was detained, and subsequently left the island, leaving her daughter behind. Speaking to MBC Prime, Smith detailed his battle to bring Khaliyah, home.
