Leaders of Trade Unions representing essential and protective service Public Sector workers have been reacting to the latest Cabinet conclusion granting them duty free concessions on vehicles. The concessions were promised during Prime Minister Allen Chastanet’s presentation of the Estimates of Expenditure for 2020-2021.

Concerns and frustrations have grown among staff at the Clendon Mason Memorial Secondary School, following news that a form 4 student at the institution has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
The teachers allege that health and education authorities are pussyfooting, therefor placing their health and lives at risk.
