The Labour Party Administration appears to be closing in on another campaign promise. On December 6, Equity Minister Joachim Henry revealed the distress fund will be reinstated. Low income families and home owners according to the Equity Minister will have a taxpayer funded cushion in the event their property gets destroyed by fire.
