ENGAGING IN MASS CROWD ACTIVITY “ACCEPTABLE” – DR. STEPHEN KING

COVID numbers are on the rise again and so too are mass crowd activities taking place throughout the island even as the sixth wave unfolds. Pathologist and former Chief Medical Officer Dr. Stephen King explained exposure to COVID-19 increases in a mass crowd setting however, vaccination and previous infection he says reduces the risks of contracting the virus. Dr. King is advising carnival patrons to consider vaccination and take heed of the COVID-19 advisories from the Health Ministry.
