Long time Cas en Bas beach bar owner Majorie Lambert and her year’s long fight to save her business has come to an end. On March 4, executives representing Cabot Saint Lucia handed over the first half of a XCD $1.1 million dollar payment to Majorie Lambert and her legal advisor Richard Frederick. Majorie’s restaurant and bar will be relocated however, according to the agreement she will be given title to more than 15,000 square feet of a nearby property. Cabot Saint Lucia has also agreed to build Majorie Lambert a new beach bar at no extra cost.
