Earl Huntley says Haiti continues to pay for being the world’s “first Black Republic”

In the wake of a 7.2 magnitude earthquake which killed over a thousand Haitians, former CARICOM Ambassador to Haiti, Earl Huntley is hoping that there is no repeat of the exploitation by international donor agencies as with what obtained in 2010. Ambassador Huntley, also an advocate for reparations told Senior Political Correspondent Miguel Fevrier that Haiti continues to pay for being the world’s first black republic.
