The President of the National Council on Public Transportation, Godfrey Ferdinand has called for a resumption of a training programme for drivers. The certification for bus drivers which took place at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College was halted by Ministry authorities two years ago. Godfrey Ferdinand spoke against the backdrop of a viral video in which a woman asserted that she felt threatened by a Gros Islet minibus driver. Senior News Correspondent Cecile Actille reports.
