Drive-by shooting leaves three dead, relative calls for gun-violence plans

Saint Lucia homicide toll jumped to 71 over the national holiday weekend following a drive by shooting at Marchand. Amid the recent uptick in the island’s gun violence a relative of one of the victims have called on authorities to make an effort to get the guns off the streets.
