A vacancy at the helm of Saint Lucia’s upper house has prompted unending speculation on who the next appointed Senate President will be. Formally charged under Section 376 of the Criminal Code of Saint Lucia, former President of the Senate Stanley Felix was ousted on Friday October 7th. But has his replacement been chosen?
