CLONED NUMBER PLATE DETECTED BY LEGITIMATE CAR OWNER

An irate vehicle owner is concerned for the safety of his life and family after detecting on several occcasions, his number plate on another vehicle allegedly driven by law enforcement officers. The male individual who resides in the north of the island says he has reported the matter in an effort to seek redress in the matter but to no avail.
