CLARKE, SLMDA OPPOSE HILAIRE’S “OPEN” CARNIVAL DECISION

The Saint Lucia Medical and Dental Association led by Dr. Merle Clarke has urged Creative Industries Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire to “reconsider” his decision to “open” this year’s carnival activities to the unvaccinated public. In response, Dr. Hilaire disclosed the Health Ministry continues to provide guidance, “…based on the prevailing situation…”.
