Youth and Sports Minister Kenson Casimir is currently seeking backing from all Parliamentarians to create a national sex offenders’ registry. Casimir who spoke to reporters ahead of cabinet meeting on Monday highlighted various deviant behaviors in communities that goes un-addressed.
